Key Aspects

The development of this mixed use office retail development within the central area of the City of Subiaco required careful integration within existing urban design guidelines and existing urban infrastructure.

The result is the creation and development of a major new office retail facility within a newly created City block. The creation of a new public roadway and pedestrian thoroughfare through the centre of the site has allowed for the creation of a unique addition to the City of Subiaco central area as well as maximising the retail potential of the site.

The office building provides large 2,000 plus square metre floor plates within a highly sought after urbanised area resulting in the development of a high quality office facility.
