Commercial office building designs on tight inner city sites provide architects with the challenge of maximising their clients’ financial outcomes whilst also creating an architectural statement that is attractive to the potential end user/tenant but that also contributes positively to the urban environment and streetscape of the city.

The nine level office building, 503 Murray Street, combines all of the above elements to present a fresh, bright façade entrance to the office building with views over and from the major freeway interchange as well as the streetscape below. The building reflecting a four and a half star NABERS design outcome is a contemporary building of the highest quality and standards.
