Key Aspects

The SGIO Centre in West Perth established the headquarters for the SGIO Insurance offices relocating from the CBD to the CBD fringe areas.

The ability to integrate the entire organisation within a landscaped campus style environment whilst maintaining the high quality built fabric more commonly associated with the CBD infrastructure was key to the selection of BDG as the Architect, and the building itself reflects these values and outcomes.

The large floor plates of 2,000m2 over five levels overlooking a landscaped parkland style environment provides a unique building solution within the City fringe environment.
