Key Aspects

This multi-user recreation facility was designed to meet the needs of approximately nine independent user groups and the community’s local function facilities.

The building’s design was integrated to meet the needs of numerous operations allowing for concurrent use. As a true multi-user facility it was also designed for maximum efficiency with a centralised bar and kitchen designed to service both function areas and sportsman bar /café independently and with minimal staffing requirements. The building’s architectural solution focuses all internal areas on the external playing fields providing a spectator outlook for cricket, rugby, soccer, hockey and other field sports.

The unique design and combination of hospitality and function areas with a community focus has resulted in extremely profitable operations and provides the community with a recreation focused meeting place incorporating club room and training facilities for the various sporting clubs.

The building provides the users with the latest and most appropriate indoor change and training facilities whilst ensuring maximum commercial returns on the facilities provided.
