RAY CROCKER

Ray’s experience over the past 30 years on a wide variety of projects has concentrated on the coordination of documentation and project procurement and delivery issues. Ray’s primary role is to facilitate the implementation of high standards of design and workmanship ensuring the final building products reflect the intent of the design and the client’s needs. Ray’s skills in this area make him one of the best contract administrators in the industry having learned to represent the client’s best interests and work closely with the builders and their team. As BDG’s Quality Assurance Manager, Ray’s overall and integrated approach to architectural implementation has afforded BDG with significant industry and community recognition for the delivery of high quality architectural projects.

Mandy Yau is a registered Architect with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, with the specific role of design and design development; liaising with clients; and coordinating with consultants to ensure the design ethos of the concept and the client’s specific needs are integrated into a package that reflects both quality and design, excellence, and commercially viable design solutions. Mandy’s specific attention to detail and her ability to develop cost effective award winning architecture, operationally and architecturally, provides our clients with benchmark facilities.

Elizabeth has over 30 years’ experience in the architectural and interior design industry providing a unique service to our architectural clients ensuring that the interior architecture of the buildings are integrated in an architectural manner as opposed to an “add on” interior design approach. Elizabeth’s architectural training combined with her many years of working within the interior architecture environment ensures all BDG clients are assured that the design outcomes are of the highest order, both pragmatic and commercially viable, reflecting both the architectural and the commercial needs of the project.
